My Story
I’m a Stoic by nature, born in a humble borough of Córdoba, Argentina in the late ‘60s. In the late ‘70s, fate smiled upon me as I moved to Florida – a transition for which I remain profoundly grateful. My insatiable curiosity has fueled a lifelong journey of learning and growth, steering me toward an illustrious career in the Travel Industry, where two incredible mentors generously shared their wisdom at just the right moment.
Driven by a relentless desire to continually become a better version of myself, I hesitated to step into the spotlight. Yet today, I write with a clear purpose: to help ease someone’s burden with the very lessons that transformed my own life.
Now, as a mental resilience coach, consultant, and thought leader, I’ve mastered the art of overcoming the paralyzing grip of overthinking and self-doubt. By blending personal experience with cutting-edge neuroscience, I empower others with actionable strategies to reclaim clarity and inner strength. In Rewire Your Mind, I share my journey along with the practical tools I developed to break free from destructive thought cycles – so that you, too, can thrive.
